All of our learning is completed online! Once you’ve enrolled with us, you will have access to our learning system and all the content via your computer, tablet and phone. So as long as you have internet you are ready to start studying.
The course consists of over 61 chapters followed by a quiz with short written answers. The course also contains a mid and final exam. All short answer responses and exams are corrected and discussed with your teacher via the online portal.
Not at all, the online platform is very easy to navigate and understand. The first chapter in our coaching course explains how to take quizzes, read teacher comments, re-take quizzes… Plus, you have direct contact with your teacher who can help you through any questions or complications.

Grading is done Monday to Friday (so you won’t have any wait time!)
The course has approximately 150 contact hours depending on your prior knowledge. You have up to 2 years’ time to complete the course from the date of enrolment. As a self-paced online course it can be completed in as little as 4-6 months! It’s all super flexible!
Yes, absolutely! As you have 2 years to complete the program this is ample amount of time to study the course content slowly and at your own pace.
Certainly, we understand that sometimes life doesn’t go as planned. We offer extensions based on each individual case, some are granted without additional payment and others with a small fee pending the reasons provided.
Of course! Since the course content is delivered online as long as you have access to a device and internet you can study anywhere in the world.
We pride ourselves on small and intimate learnings with your own personal mentor/teacher! Therefore, we take enrolments every month – when availabilities open (due to students starting and finishing at different times we usually always have 5 spots opening each month)
On the contrary, we are a much smaller company than some of the other big fish out there - nonetheless this is actually something we are quite proud of. Our company is family owned and operated - we strive for an intimate teaching environment, each student receives a mentor, we love to get to know our students, answer all their questions and put the time and effort into personalised comments on all quizzes etc. For us, it is not about the money - it’s about education.
The answer is no. We have students with all kinds of different backgrounds, some are practitioners, doctors, others are mothers, fathers, hairdressers, accountants… as long as you are passionate about health and eager to learn then this is the course for you. There are no academically written essays or grades deducted for grammar issues, all you need is a solid English foundation. You have access to the teachers and can email them anytime to request further clarification on any subject. We are here to teach and support you!
Yes, you do! Your teacher will introduce themselves to you at the beginning of the course. You will have the same teacher all throughout your studies – providing that intimate connection between teacher and student as you will get to know one another! All assessments are manually graded by your teacher and they will also provide feedback, constructive criticism, encouragement, hints and tips for your benefit. You will have direct access to your teacher via email for any questions or enquiries during the course. Our qualified teachers are here to help you succeed and ensure you graduate with utmost confidence in your abilities.
All of our teachers are certified health professionals with a bachelor level qualification. They will work with you to achieve a solid understanding of the materials so that you feel confident and ready to tackle even the most complicated cases.
Students who graduate from our course will earn the title “TRULY HEAL Functional Medicine Health Coach”. You will also receive the certificate via post to hang up in your office or home!

This is a very common question and an extremely important one! We aren’t a company who will push you or sell you our coaching course – instead nothing is more important to us than ensuring that this is indeed the RIGHT course for YOU! We have interviewed hundreds of specialists around the world and one factor we have found is that the complete understanding and practical application is almost never succinct. Everyone knows bits and pieces but the only way to fully evaluate and help a client uncover the root causes of their condition and TRULY HEAL is by a comprehensive understanding of them as a whole. Our saying here is: “we each have a unique operation manual due to the cumulative life experiences and exposures we’ve had - an intricate knit web of genetics, history and choices”. This is why we focus on this intimate one on one teaching - so that we are confident that when our students finish that they are ready and able to make a difference! Many coaching courses focus on educating through showcasing functional medicine doctors and specialists. They work in conjunction with many well-known doctors out there which is why they are this big! You could say they educate on all the pieces of the puzzle just like we do… However, our course is focused on educating and providing the tools and ability to link cause and effect in clients. So our course emphasis on the practical understanding and practical application! We want our coaches to be able to evaluate the underlying root causes in every client… so in addition we teach you how to build the puzzle together and creating lasting change. This is probably the most pivotal difference in our opinion.
